1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NTWRK website, tools, artwork, or related social channels (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What NTWRK Is (and Isn’t)

NTWRK ($NTWRK) is a community satire/meme project for entertainment. It has no intrinsic value, no expectation of profit, and no formal roadmap or team guarantees. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Do your own research.

3. No Affiliation with LinkedIn

NTWRK is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. “LinkedIn” is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation and is referenced for satire/parody and descriptive purposes only.

4. Pump.fun & Third-Party Services

$NTWRK may launch or trade via third-party platforms (e.g., pump.fun, DEXs, wallets, aggregators). These are not operated by us. Use them at your own risk; they may be subject to bugs, exploits, downtime, or loss of funds.

5. Eligibility & Compliance

You must be 18+ and are solely responsible for ensuring your access and use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you. You are responsible for any taxes arising from acquiring, holding, or disposing of crypto assets.

Gaming & Gambling Compliance: Our platform includes games with chance-based elements and potential rewards. These activities may be subject to gambling, gaming, or lottery regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in our games is legal in your location and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. If gambling or chance-based gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not participate in our games.

Restricted Jurisdictions: You may not access or use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such access or use would be illegal or violate local regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling, crypto gaming, or blockchain-based chance games.

6. Gaming Risks & Future Products

Current and Future Gaming Activities: NTWRK currently offers and may in the future develop additional games, contests, or activities that involve chance, skill, or hybrid elements with potential rewards including tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets. These activities carry inherent risks including total loss of participation fees or tokens.

No Guaranteed Returns: Participation in any NTWRK games or future products does not guarantee profits, rewards, or positive outcomes. All gaming activities are for entertainment purposes and should be treated as such.

Regulatory Compliance: Before participating in any current or future NTWRK gaming products, you must verify that such participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Some activities may be classified as gambling, gaming, sweepstakes, or lotteries under local laws. You assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable regulations.

Age Restrictions: All gaming activities are restricted to users 18 years of age or older, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

7. User Content & Conduct

Content posted by users (memes, comments, images) is their responsibility and does not represent official statements. Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, or malicious content, or attempt to harm the Service or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

Corporate-Memphis-style visuals on the Service are original or licensed for parody/ satire. Third-party marks are the property of their owners. You may not use NTWRK assets in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement.

9. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant price, liquidity, uptime, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTWRK and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or crypto assets.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTWRK and its contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes & Termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
